How much weight can I lose in around a month, with the 'BootCamp Live Plus' plan?
Assuming you are regular and disciplined with diet and workouts you can lose 4-6 kgs in a healthy way through this bootcamp.
What are the class timings?
Everyday 4 to 5 live classes happen. You can use the session calendar on this page to checkout all the upcoming live classes. Moreover, if you miss a live class, you can do the recorded version of the same class which is available upto 48 hours post the live class gets over. Please note that the bootcamp class recordings are only available to people who purchase the ‘Bootcamp Live Plus’ plan for INR 3999
Would I be able to interact with the trainer during class? How will the trainer correct me?
We encourage all students to keep their camera on during live sessions. Trainers as well as mentors who are watching sessions watch and correct you throughout the class.
What will be the level of intensity and difficulty of the sessions?
By having 4 classes to choose from every day, you can choose the classes that best suit your preference for intensity and training style. From low impact yoga to high intensity interval training. From technique and skill focused Animal flow to follow along dance fitness, the choices are endless.
What kind of diet plan is included in the bootcamp program?
The approach to diet in this program is sustainable and aimed to helping you adopt a healthy long term lifestyle. All food groups are included and the diet is aimed at keeping you energetic and fueled for your workouts
What happens after 30 days? What should I do next?
Because the bootcamp has so many options you can always opt for enrolling again for another month or more to continue your journey. We also offer a range of specialised programs, one on one consultations and personal training packages
I have pain in my knees/back/neck can I do this bootcamp.
We will organise a short 10 minute call with our corrective exercise specialist who will assess whether this program is appropriate for you. If not, he will recommend the right approach to exercise for you.
I don’t want to lose weight, but I want to get fitter.
The main goal of the bootcamp is to help people achieve a high degree of fitness. Your mentor will recommend those sessions to you which are suited to your goal. Your diet plan can also be changed based on a non fat-loss goal.
I have started so many exercise programs but find it hard to stay regular. How is this different?
Accountability and variety are the twin pillars that make this bootcamp so succesful. Your mentor will be following up with you and tracking your attendace. If you skip classes your mentor will chase you. If you have challenges with a particular workout she will suggest a different one. If you have challenges with a particular timing you can do it at another time. The variety of classes will also keep you very engaged and not at all bored.
How do I choose which classes I should attend?
One of your mentor’s main responsibility is to help you select the right class as per your needs, abilities and goals. Your mentor will always be available to provide you this guidance
I am a vegan/carnivore/have food intolerances or other dietary restrictions. Will the diet work for me?
The onboard nutritionist will be available to adapt and modify the diet chart as per your specific needs and provide suggestions for alternatives wherever needed.
